Thank you for completing the Daily Health Screening form every day for each of your students.
If you have multiple students at the same school, you should be able to select the checkbox next to the student(s) that you want to complete the form for. If all of the responses are the same, we recommend using the Select All option to complete all forms at once.
If you need to complete the form individually for each student, you should be able to complete the form, navigate back to the ParentSquare homepage and then click the orange Submit Daily Screening banner again. This will take you back to the same page, but the students which you have already completed the form for will be greyed out. You can then select the remaining student(s) to complete the form for.
