To ensure the accuracy of student information in Aeries, please complete the Data Confirmation process in the Kentfield Aeries Parent Portal before Tuesday, August 25, 2020 - the first day of school. 


This has been an unusual summer. Many things have changed since last school year, and we know that contact information has changed for many of our families. We need your help to ensure that your student and emergency contact information is accurate and current.


This year we are also transitioning to a new Aeries Communications platform - ParentSquare. Access to Communications remains available through your Aeries portal, but the look and interface is different. We are very excited about the additional interactive functions this new platform offers!


The Data Confirmation window is now open - the sooner you can complete it, the betterThe process does take some time, so plan accordingly - get comfortable, hydrate, and if you encounter issues on a mobile device, switch to a computer or contact your school office to make an appointment to use a chromebook. Review all information and update as needed.


  1. Log on to the Aeries Parent Portal 

    1. Use the email address at which you received your data confirmation email.

    2. If you would like to proceed in an alternate language, click the down arrow at the top right of the box to select a language

    3. If you ever forget your password, click "Forgot Password?" and the system will send your password information to your email address.


  1. Complete the state-mandated surveys (Click Confirm and Continue)


  1. Review student demographic data (Click Confirm and Continue)

    1. If you need to update your student's address, you must submit a completed Proof of Residency Affidavit (Spanish) to the school or district office, and the office staff will update the address in Aeries.


  1. Review contact information by clicking on each contact name, then using the Change or Add buttons to update as needed (Click Confirm and Continue)


  1. Review the medical history page (Click Confirm and Continue)


  1. Review all documents and indicate that you have read them (Click Confirm and Continue)


  1. Review and update authorizations as needed (Click Confirm and Continue)


  1. Click Confirm and Continue - you will receive an email confirmation of completion.



If you have more than one student in Kentfield, click "Change Student" on the menu bar to choose a different student and repeat this process.


Important information such as student schedules and grades cannot be viewed in the parent portal until after you complete Data Confirmation. If you have any questions about Data Confirmation, please email me at ayamashiro@kentfieldschools.org
